16 Track Training Procedures

I recently started track and I have learned a few things. Read on if you want to find out!

Track Training Procedures:
  1. Stretch out
  2. Run/jog a mile
  3. 100 yards 50%-60% (how fast you go) sprint
  4. 100 yards back peddle (jogging backwards)
  5. 100 yards sideways jumping jacks
  6. 100 yards high knees
  7. 100 yards 60%-70% (how fast you go) sprint
  8. 100 yards butt kicker
  9. 50 yards lunges
  10. Stretch out legs for 2 minutes
  11. 50 yards lunges
  12. 100 yards high skip
  13. 100 yards 70%-80% (how fast you go) sprint
  14. Run half a mile
  15. Stretch out
  16. High five random people because you are done!
I was really tired at first. Now I feel good and it's a piece of cake.
