Track Training Procedures:
- Stretch out
- Run/jog a mile
- 100 yards 50%-60% (how fast you go) sprint
- 100 yards back peddle (jogging backwards)
- 100 yards sideways jumping jacks
- 100 yards high knees
- 100 yards 60%-70% (how fast you go) sprint
- 100 yards butt kicker
- 50 yards lunges
- Stretch out legs for 2 minutes
- 50 yards lunges
- 100 yards high skip
- 100 yards 70%-80% (how fast you go) sprint
- Run half a mile
- Stretch out
- High five random people because you are done!
