Think carefully . . .
Try and answer within 30 seconds

Got your answer?

Now scroll down to see the analysis.

If your answer is:

Orangutan
= you're dull & normal

Ape
= you're a moron

Monkey
= worse, you're an idiot

King Kong
= you're hopelessly stupid

Why?! ????

A Coconut tree doesn't have bananas!
Obviously you're stressed and overworked. Take some time off and relax!

Easy Biscuits

Today for dinner I had Cream of Chicken Soup and biscuits I had made. The biscuits were delicious and I just had to share the recipe!

1/2 cup shortening ( i used butter)
2 cups all-purpose flower (i had to add more because it was too liquidy)
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup milk

  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Mix butter or shortening with flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt well. Add milk.
  3. Drop dough onto buttered cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Immediately remove them from the cookie sheet. Serve nice and warm. Enjoy!
Special Notes:
  • These grow out so give room!
  • Add more flour if too liquidy. (If its shape does not hold on the cookie sheet. I can spread a bit)
  • Makes twelve.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

It is that time of year again, Halloween!! Does your family like to carve pumpkins? Mine does too. It is tradition that we roast the seeds from the pumpkin. Just take out the seeds in your pumpkin and set them aside when you are done carving. Then, you just follow this easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegetable oil (I prefer oil because it gives it a crunchier taste!)
  • about 1/2 teaspoon salt or brown sugar (Add more or less depending on how sugary or salty you want them.)

PREPARATION:

Wash the seeds with warm water and no soap!!! Try to get all of the pumpkin stuff off of it. Pat them dry with a paper towel, but do not let them sit there too long because they might stick!!

Heat a skillet over medium low heat. Then add pumpkin seeds and cook, turn frequently, until nicely browned and crunchy. The seeds will probably start to pop. If using butter, you might have to lower the heat a bit more. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes for them to finish. Enjoy!!!
